Booking an appointment: Inspection appointments are booked by phone or through the booking form, specifying the location and the type of work required. Sending the location details counts as a preliminary confirmation of the appointment.
Arrival time: We do our best to arrive on time; arrival may vary by up to 60 minutes earlier or later depending on job locations and traffic conditions.
Cancelling or rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please inform us at least two hours before the visit. Failure to do so may result in suspension of future bookings or a service fee.

Scope of work: The inspection appointment includes:
• Site inspection
• Taking measurements
• Technical consultation
• A detailed price quote issued within 10 working hours
Price quote: The quote is valid for 7 days from its issue date; after that, prices may change according to market or material costs.
Confirmation & start: Work is confirmed once the quote is approved and the agreed deposit is paid.

If the site is not ready: If the site turns out to be unready for measurement or installation during the visit (unfinished walls or columns, or incomplete flooring), the appointment will be postponed to a later time agreed by both parties.
